Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us, within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will happily issue a refund.

Return for a Refund

Return shipping is free.

  • Click the link in your order confirmation email - this will direct you to an order history page - and click the button to generate a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Print this label, attach it to your package and drop this off at a handy UPS facility.These labels are for items shipped from a U.S. address only.
  • Important - Make a note of your UPS tracking number in case you need to contact us about your return.

We will only accept returns received up to 30 days from delivery of your merchandise.

All merchandise received back must have the shipping label generated from our website and be in their original purchase condition (not worn) including product packaging.

Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue a credit to you for the value of the merchandise (including any sales tax if applicable), which will be applied to the credit card used on the original purchase. Any shipping charges that may apply will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you ordered the incorrect size and would like to exchange your footwear for a new pair, please call us at (866)-741-2248

Gift Returns

If you have a gift return, please note that the original credit card charged will be credited. You may e-mail (help@betterwalking.com) us or call our toll-free customer service number at (866)-741-2248 with any questions.

Other Information

Please allow 2-3 weeks (including in-transit time) for the processing of your refund.

Please take your package with the UPS return label to a UPS drop-off location conveniently located nearest you. To find the nearest drop off location, please visit www.ups.com/dropoff

Returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned back to you and no refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept:

  • Any returns received after 30 days from the delivery of your merchandise. For your convenience the date that we must receive your return is printed on the return slip. (This date is 30 days from the day you received your order. We calculate this by starting from the date your order ships, we add in the shipping time, depending on the shipping method for your order, then we add 30 days.)
  • Any returns without the official UPS ground shipping label generated from our website. Additionally, we cannot accept any deliveries with COD terms or from APO/FPO locations.
  • We cannot accept any returns for items purchased from other web sites or retail stores.
